Injection Molding and Assembly Service

We provide end-to-end injection molding solutions, covering prototyping, small batch production and mass production, with optional assembly services. Our factory is equipped with 50 CNC machines, EDM machines, injection molding machines, laser cutting machines, bending machines, capable of processing parts of various sizes and complexities.

Inspection and testing are also very strict, and the inspection equipment includes three-coordinate measuring machines, 3D scanners, calipers, inclinometers, micrometers, pin gauges, hardness testers, etc. We also perform assembly tests according to customer requirements to meet customer needs.

Injection Molding and Assembly Service

Injection Molding Process

Go from prototyping to on-demand production in just a few days—with high-quality molded parts at a cost-effective price. The best part? Once you switch to on-demand manufacturing, your prototype tooling is free to use.

Plastic Injection Molding

Whether you need a small batch or large-scale production, our plastic injection molding services deliver precision, durability, and consistency. We offer a wide range of material options and advanced molding techniques to meet the needs of industries across the board.

Silicone Injection Molding

Need flexible, heat-resistant, and long-lasting parts? Our silicone injection molding process is ideal for that—and we can get your parts ready in just two weeks. Perfect for medical, food-grade, and sealing applications where flexibility and durability really matter.

Insert Molding

Insert molding strengthens your parts by molding plastic directly around metal or other materials. It’s a great solution for electrical connectors, automotive components, and other structural parts that demand added strength and reliability.

Overmolding

With overmolding, we combine different materials into one part to improve grip, durability, and overall design. It's perfect for soft-touch handles, protective housings, and multi-material assemblies that need to look great and perform even better.

Our Injection Molding Capabilities

We offer flexible injection molding solutions that cover everything from rapid prototyping to high-volume production. With a strong focus on precision and fast turnaround times, we deliver high-quality parts tailored to your specific needs. We also provide secondary processing services to support your project from start to finish.
